Orange Nuts has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualises minors, facilitates the grooming of children, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Such content is prohibited absolutely, regardless of context.
Orange Nuts is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The platform is intended for brand builders and content creators managing professional social media content. It does not include direct messaging, friend-finding, or any feature designed to facilitate contact between strangers.
If you encounter content on Orange Nuts that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse material or exploitation:
We will respond within 24 hours and, where required by law, report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant national authorities.
KheniTech complies with all applicable child safety laws, including the PROTECT Our Children Act and equivalent legislation in jurisdictions where the app is available. We co-operate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.
